So finally we are done and dusted with what seemed like a never-ending season, Summer. Those sweaty, scorchy and humid days are over when we would spend half of our days wiping off the sweat from our forehead and the other half praying that it rains. But Karachi was apparently immune to those rain causing clouds and it seemed as if those clouds were banned from entering the sky vicinity of Karachi.
The season we all love is now around the corner. Winter is just a few months away and we are already starting to prepare for our favorite season with the utmost excitement. Before you start shopping for your winter starter pack, HOLD ON! there is one product that you might want to make at home and get in the most organic form than buying it off any shop. Lip balms can be made at home using only the most basic things. Instead of buying branded expensive lip balms, you should switch to making your own balms that are super organic and very VERY light on your pocket too.
Following are some extremely easy ways to make your own organic lip balm at home.

The two product magic
Starting off with our personal favorite, this one is super easy to make. All you need are two products, a vaseline, and food color (to give it the tint).
So you begin with taking some vaseline in a small container. You can use an old cake liner container too, just clean it well and you are good to go. Next step is to add the color which you can do by adding food color but this should not be directly added since it does not get mixed easily. First, you have to make a small solution of water and food color by mixing food color with two drops of water and then add it in your vaseline.
Mix it well and you will see that the hue is mixed with vaseline. Finally just take the drops out. You can do it easily because water is insoluble in vaseline and can be easily taken out.

2. Beetroot lip and cheek tint
For this one, you will need coconut oil, beeswax, and beetroot powder. All you have to do is take the ingredients in the right quantity and you are good to go. For instance, if you need it in a large coin size container, take 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of beeswax and half tablespoon of beetroot powder. Mix them all together, toss them in the container and there you go, you have your lip and cheek ready to use!
Toss it in your bag and use it whenever your lips get chapped and need a little smoothening. This all natural organic product will become your go-to product once you start using it. This can be used on your cheek as well. This lip and cheek will make you appear natural and you don’t need to apply anything else on your face when you have it.
