What’s a women’s lifestyle blog without beauty tips?

Being a self-care obsessed millennial and food-obsessed lady myself, I’m bringing you the women’s lifestyle blog that is “beauty with food.”

Fight with distressing conditions created by hair problems through food!

The Food itself is a distressing source but some of the foods mentioned below not only acts as a mood uplifter but are also great to increase in beauty, especially, the beauty of hair.

Alopecia – the condition one faces due to baldness or hair loss, is a distressing condition.

Alopecia areata affects the scalp, which causes patches of hair loss. Alopecia areata affects both men and women.

Well, without further ado, here are the things you need to have in your diet for shiny, luscious and healthy looking hair:

The fruit your mother forces you to eat is rich in vitamin E and B-vitamins, as well as potassium, omega-9, folic acid, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.

Vitamin E and B helps in blood circulation and create blood cells, respectively. All of these nutrients help in hair growth.

  • Berries

Those delicious little berries can act more than just pleasure of your taste buds.

Berries such as strawberries contain high levels of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps protect follicles from oxidative stress.

We all know Eggs are high in protein. Therefore, it acts as a building block of hair structure.

Yes, the most beloved fruit of all time is a great source for beautiful hair. Mango is a magical fruit, trust me.

Apart from having enriching vitamins, Mangoes contain silica, which helps strengthen hair strands.
