Pakistan hot and top sports news always comes from the cricket. Undoubtedly, the amount of attention we give to this particular sports has made it ‘our national sports,’ unofficially.

Like passion and love,  rumors, blames, controversies and nepotism have taken place in this sports as well. All of these factors have made cricket more than just a matter of game in Pakistan.

Top sports news is circling around the victim of nepotism and unfairness, Fawad Alam:

In case you’ve forgotten who this guy is, then here’s a brief introduction.
Fawad Alam is the left-handed Pakistan discard who averages 55.35 in first-class cricket.
Apart from his excellent performance and up-to-the-mark health and fitness routine, Fawad Alam isn’t part of the new 16-man squad of Pakistan Cricket Team. That is going to play Tests against Ireland and England next month.

Well, this didn’t come as a shocking news, as it has been happening with the guy for a really long time now.

But like every genuine cricket lover in Pakistan, big names of cricket have spoken up against this unjust selection.

Rashid Latif’s questions made to the headlines of top sports news in Pakistan:

As soon as the chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haque announced the 16-man squad, which did not have Fawad Alam in it, fingers started pointing towards Inzamam and the national selection committee.

The former Captian of Pakistan Cricket Team, Rashid Latif, was one such man who spoke furiously against the unjust selection.
Latif posed serious questions to the national selection committee on Monday.

“How come Fawad has not been selected?” – asks Rashid Latif

In a series of questions, Rashid Latif demanded an answer from the chief selector, Inzamam-ul-Haque over his selection preferences.
“My question to Inzamam is straightforward. Why was Fawad included in the pre-tour camp when he wasn’t in the [selectors’] radar for the three Test matches coming up in alien conditions? I’m perplexed by some of the selections made by Inzamam and company” says the Former and exceptional Captain.”

“How come Fawad has not been selected when Pakistan is in dire need of experienced guys to beef up the batting.”

We believe that not only Fawad and Rashid but hundreds of cricket fans deserve an explanation from the national selection committee.
